No, you don’t. Buying online does give you priority access to the event, but you can purchase on the day at the door, at the same price.

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds on visitor tickets.

Make sure you have the email containing your QR code with you (on phone or printed). 

When you arrive, our friendly team will scan the QR code. 

If you want to leave and return, simply let the team scan your QR code on the way out so they can re-scan you when you return.

Yes! Just get the team to scan your code when you leave so we know you’re not in the hall, and then they will re-scan when you come back.

It’s a simple way for us to know how many people are in the hall for safety reasons. And it saves having to stamp hands with ink!

Absolutely. If you are planning on arriving separately, we’d suggest sending a copy of the email so they have their QR code with them.

Not at all! Your ticket time is your arrival window only, so we can ensure plenty of room for people. You can stay as long as you need!

The first QR code scans all ticket holders in, so if there are a few of you it saves time. Otherwise, each ticket has a QR code to scan in that one person.

No, not at all. If you decide to come back though, we may need to scan your QR code twice to log you out and back in.
